1.   On the “GROW BELT”  we place our selection of pre-germinated seed.  To get uniform germination we pre-prime the seed with our unique IP and marine sourced minerals (SEA VIGOR). This priming takes place for approx. 24 hrs. at XXC.  During this slow movement on the Grow Belt over a 7-day period, the plant mass reaches a height of 25 to 30cm with a dense root mass thickness of 3-4cm (all in seven days/ travels 14 M).

2.The plants are sprayed at regular intervals with increasing concentrations of beneficial IP ingredients to reduce plant stresses and to get maximum growth with minimum plant stresses. no fungal/bacterial growth contamination is present. At no time plant roots in static or moving liquid nutrients so that a maximum of aeration of root mass occurs with no moisture or oxygen stress.

3.At seven days, the plants are removed from the Grow Belt by an automatic slicing system and are transported to a large accelerator and then to an industrial press (juicer).

4. This liquid is then pumped to the crucial “digester” for the final digestion process to be completed.  At the start of the digestion process, specific proprietary biology-enzymes are added and as the pH decreases other sources of macro – micro minerals from IP are added at regular intervals as well as continual addition of enzymes, etc

5. A slow continual stirring of this digesting plant material continues for approximately XX weeks, giving time for the digestion and mineralization process to complete.  Minimal odor is present during the digestion process and the end product following filtration is a clear light green liquid with a neutral odor.
